homemade oreos

Ingredients:
2 Devil's Food Cake mixes
1 1/2 cups of crisco (I only use 1 cup)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla

Mix everything together well. The batter will be pretty stiff and thick.
Roll the batter into walnut sized balls, about an inch in diameter.
Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Wait for the cookies to cool after cooking them, then frost them and stick them together to make an oreo. This makes about 65 small oreos.
