Our little campfire

We got a fire pit a little while back and we have been using it all the time. It's fun to go out and sit around it just like we're camping, only we can go inside and use flush toilets and have a nice comfy bed to sleep in after. The other night we wanted to roast some hot dogs. We got the fire started and the dogs roasting, only to find out that we didn't have any hot dog buns. We luckily had some croissant dough, so we wrapped the hot dogs in that and roasted them. We were going for the pigs in a blanket look. They tasted surprisingly good. There's just something about a hot dog cooked over an open fire.
